Karl Hsu is a London-based photographer who ever since traveling to Saudi Arabia and South Africa on safari, has developed a passion for wildlife and landscape photography.

“The moment I held a camera, instantaneously my love for animals, nature, and geography triggered the perfect combination of the three in the form of photography.” Karl continues, “I now take my camera everywhere—most recently documenting travels to places such as Morocco, Italy, Iceland, Scotland, Switzerland, and the Hawaiian islands—noting a variety of ecosystems along the way.”

In an effort to capture the beauty of the natural world—both perceived and elusive—Karl couples his academia and photography to encourage a respect for, and conservation, of our rapidly-changing environment.
